WHAT DOES YOUR RESTORATION PROCESS INCLUDE?

Our comprehensive restoration service ensures you receive a high-quality product.

The process includes:

  • Tested: Complete functional testing of all ports, buttons, and features.
  • Diagnosed: Identifying and addressing any potential operational issues.
  • Functionally Repaired: Replacing or repairing any non-working components to restore full functionality.
  • Cosmetically Restored: Addressing wear and tear to improve the device's appearance.
  • Inspected: A final, multi-point quality control check to verify that all restoration standards have been met and the unit is ready for peak performance.
ARE THE INCLUDED ACCESSORIES ORIGINAL?

Accessories included with our devices, such as remotes, power cords, and cables, may be either factory original or high-quality replacements. The specific type of accessory (Genuine or Replacement) will always be clearly noted in the item's product description.

 

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer US Domestic shipping only. We do not currently ship internationally. We use calculated shipping services through USPS, which include Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Shipping cost and speed will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the item.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We are committed to a quick turnaround. We guarantee a 1 business day turnaround to start the shipping process (handing the package off to the carrier) after your order is placed.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on most items sold. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, we pay for the return shipping on these items.

WHAT IS THE 60-DAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY?

Customers can extend their return window from the standard 30 days to 60 days if the customer register's their purchase on our website before the initial 30-day return window expires (i.e., on or before Day 30).

Yes, we champion the reduction of e-waste by accepting donations of used electronics. We specifically look for consumer electronics that can be restored and reused. Donating your tech helps keep hazardous materials out of landfills and supports our mission to make high-quality, restored technology affordable for everyone. HOW DO I REQUEST AN ITEM WHICH IS CURRENTLY NOT IN STOCK?

If you are looking for a particular piece of home audio, video, computing, or gaming gear that isn't currently in our inventory, you can submit a formal request through our Product Request page. Simply provide the specifics and our team will add your request to our sourcing list and notify you directly if we acquire an item which matches your criteria.

DO YOU OFFER TROUBLESHOOTING OR REPAIR SERVICE?

No, we do not provide independent repair or troubleshooting services for electronics owned by customers. Our in-house technical team focuses exclusively on inspecting, cleaning, and restoring the inventory we acquire for resale.


GIFT CARDS

HOW ARE GIFT CARDS DELIVERED?

Our gift cards are digital and delivered instantly via email. When purchasing, you can choose to send the card to your own email address or directly to a recipient’s email. You also have the option to include a personalized message and schedule the gift card to be sent on a specific future date.

WHAT CAN THE GIFT CARD BE USED FOR & DOES IT EXPIRE?

The digital gift card can be used toward any item in our entire catalog, including professionally inspected home audio, video, and gaming electronics. Best of all, our gift cards have no expiration date, giving you plenty of time to find the perfect piece of gear.

WHAT DENOMINATIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer digital gift cards in four convenient denominations: $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD FOR A REFUND?

No. Digital gift cards are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Additionally, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
