Customers can extend their return window from the standard 30 days to 60 days if the customer registers and fully complete their profile on our website before the initial 30-day return window expires (i.e., on or before Day 30).

• A full refund is issued as a Store Credit only.
• We provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the item.
• Covers all "used" items purchased from us. Items sold as "for parts only" are final sale and are not eligible for any return.
• Returns will be rejected if any original accessories and packaging are missing. Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, abuse, misuse or damage. Any accidental or cosmetic damage.

Contact us within the applicable 60-day window to start the return process and receive your prepaid shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a Store Credit will be issued.
