60-Day Extended Return Policy

    Customers can extend their return window from the standard 30 days to the extended 60 days if the customer registers and fully complete their profile on our website before the initial 30-day return window expires (i.e., on or before Day 30).

    • Orders can be returned for a full refund within 60 days from delivery for any reason.

    • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories.

    • Prepaid labels are provided for free within 1 business day of issuing the return.

    • Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving the return. 

    • No restocking fees are charged.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    • No exchanges or partial refunds are provided.

    • For damaged, lost in transit, or not delivered shipments, we will file a claim with the shipping company to start the remediation process.

    • You can cancel your order at any time before shipment.

    Contact us within the applicable 60-day window to start the return process and receive your prepaid shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
