Orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from delivery for any reason.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories.

Prepaid labels are provided for free within 1 business day of issuing the return.

Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving the return. 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

No restocking fees are charged.

No exchanges or partial refunds are provided.

For damaged, lost in transit, or not delivered shipments, we will file a claim with the shipping company to start the remediation process.

You can cancel your order at any time before shipment.
